These openings currently include: Title Processor in both our Louisville and Lexington offices. Job Description

Holbrook & Holbrook is now accepting applications for the role of Key Relationship Director. Although no specific experience in the real estate or title industry is required, candidates should display confidence and professionalism, an eagerness to learn and grow personally, integrity that welcomes constructive criticism, and excellent communication skills suitable for a professional environment. Candidates will work to develop current and establish new relationships with prospective clients. Extensive “on the job” training will be provided.

Candidates will be expected to work to the best of their ability to effectively follow all written practices and procedures established at Holbrook & Holbrook, now in place or amended from time to time, for the closing of real estate transactions. Candidates should be able to pass a background check focused on fraud, theft, and honesty (if any concerns, please reach out for a conversation). A Kentucky Notary Appointment will be required if hired, but not needed to apply for the position.

Job duties of the position may include, but are not limited to:
  • Develops long term strategic account plan which identifies potential business opportunities, defines goals and resource requirements,
  • Conduct ongoing review of all partner relationships to ensure benefit to Holbrook and Holbrook and its clients.
  • Solves problems in a calculated manner, including identifying and defining underlying issues; exploring options, and taking action
  • Attend networking and client/prospect events in support of sales efforts
  • Utilizes verbal, non-verbal, and listening skills to engage in meaningful dialogue
  • Monitors market conditions, observing competitor impact and makes recommendations to maintain competitive services
  • Owns the customer relationship and drive prompt resolution of customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams and leadership to ensure positive client experiences
  • Be accountable for the retention of your client list along with maintaining an accurate forecast for in-year and future year performance
  • Strives to improve individual performance by being prepared to act on opportunities and resilient when encountering obstacles
  • Work closely to understand title operations across all markets (current and expansion)
  • Basic understanding of title commitments and title insurance
  • A self-starter who is client-focused individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coordinate closings, including drafting closing escrow agreements and quality check titles & surveys
  • J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Kentucky /p>

  • Working with Holbrook & Holbrook’s partners, clients, and friends to resolve challenges associated with real estate closings.
